Exchange and returns

1. Please contact our customer service department
2. We will send a return form by email
3. You fill in the return form and print it 
4. You return the order together with the return form by courier service or you bring it yourself

If the error was caused by us, we will pay the shipping costs. If you have ordered incorrectly yourself, the shipping costs are for your own account.
