14 days return policy

The 14-day return period, also known as the trial period, starts on the day the order is delivered. You have 14 days to return the item without giving any reason. Exceptions to this are specially ordered and already used items. If you return anything within the 14-day return period, no costs will be charged, unless the product is returned damaged, used or incomplete.

If Jerrycanshop receives the items returned complete and undamaged, the invoice amount including any paid shipping costs will be refunded within 14 days via the payment method that was also used to pay for the order. If an item is received by us incomplete and/or damaged, 25% of the value will be deducted from the refund. Therefore, treat the items with respect and avoid expenses.

If you want to make use of the 14-day return policy, you must take care of the shipment and shipping costs yourself. It is of course also possible to deliver the order to us yourself.
